Nearly one billion people worldwide suffer from some form of mental disorder, according to latest UN data. A staggering figure that is even more worrying, if you consider that it includes around one in seven teenagers.
The 1st track was inspired by Dawn Watson, who was born into a religious cult that practiced sexual abuse, which she endured until the age of 13 when she ran away. Dawn now helps others process their pain through events, online courses, and lectures.
I have my own journey of overcoming panic attacks. "Til the End" is a deeply emotional piece that encapsulates the feelings experienced during those times.
This EP was crafted to raise awareness of the growing mental health issues worldwide.
